Birthday Parties

Our hands-on cooking & nutrition education parties create core memories for you, your family and guests, as our parties are filled with energy, discovery, yummy food and more! We like to say they're "joyful chaos." All plates, cutlery, carafe of water, glasses & napkins are included. We’ll take care of all the set up and clean up - just enjoy this time with your child and their friends. Please note that while the kids will be making cupcakes, if you would still like to have a birthday cake during your party we would be happy to accomodate a cake from your bakery of choice, we just need the ingredient list to ensure allergy safety (+ $20 cake cutting fee).

Event Details

Two (2) hours of Birthday fun for 20 children.

Here's the flow (for our Pizza Party as an example; each recipe slightly varies depending on the cook time)

🥳 0 - :15 mins >> guests arrive, get acclimated, aprons on, wash hands, decorate chefs hats, get excited about what we’ll be cooking and go over some ground rules. 

🎉 :16 - :25 >> kids make their dough from scratch

🍽️ :30 - 1:15 >> while the dough rises, they work on their knife skills, cutting their toppings & fruit while also preparing the sauce.

😉 1:15 - 1:30 >> they enjoy all their hard work and eat the meal they prepared + juice box

🧁 1:30 - 2:00 >> decorate cupcakes, sing happy birthday, help clean up & maybe a dance party?! I don't know if we'll have enough time (get the Will Ferrel Old School reference?!)

• Additional children may be accommodated for an additional fee of $20 per child. For children accompanied by a parent, there is an additional fee of $45 per child/parent pair. Children 5 and under require 1 parent participation & supervision.
• An 18% gratuity will be added to the final bill.
• Competition Packages incur an additional $75 fee.
• If you're looking for a fun space to host a big blowout birthday party for a mix of children and adults, tons of food, BYOB - JCK is your space! Just select the Master Chef Buyout Package and we'll work together to plan the party of your dreams!
• All packages include taxes and credit card processing fees.

Looking for an alternative to your child receiving gifts for their birthday? Would you rather partner with us and have each attendee bring an item to donate to a local food pantry? We would be happy to work with you in partnership with some of our favorite local charities!

Please note, we do cook with meat, fish, and poultry and will do everything we can to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. During the planning process, we will work with you to ensure that we have an understanding of any allergies or dietary restrictions for the children attending the birthday party. In order for us to best accommodate, we ask that you relay all information prior to the event date & ensure guests complete our waiver, which will be sent during the planning process.

Lastly, no outside food permitted (besides the birthday cake, of course!). We have plenty of adult menu items to choose from to provide a great experience for your guests.
